When creating this menu, I wanted to not only showcase my skills, and create a memorable dining experience, but create dishes which incorporated ingredients that I love, that also resonated with who I am. Here on this menu, you will find various aspects that play a role in my culture, lifestyle, and identity as a whole, as well concepts and styles from the chefs I grew up studying. Each dish acts as an artistic representation of what has  brought me here to this point, each playing a role in my development as a young chef.
